在弹性需求和不同市场规模条件下,从供应链整体收益角度研究了物联网技术对多产品供应链的优化问题。在两级多产品供应链中建立供应链收益模型,分析物联网技术对供应链整体收益的影响。引入帝国竞争算法(Imperialist Competitive Algorithm,ICA),并对该算法进行改进来求解模型,通过计算机仿真优化的方法求解实例,对比引入物联网技术前后供应链整体收益及其变化。研究表明:物联网技术的应用能有效优化多产品供应链;目前物联网成本较高,不适合小规模企业引入;大规模企业引入物联网时,应该合理使用物联网技术,使其效用最大化。
Under the condition of elastic demand and different market size, this paper studies the optimization of IoT technology for multi-product supply chain from the perspective of the overall revenue of the supply chain. In the two-level multi-product supply chain supply chain revenue model is established to analyze the impact of IoT technology on the overall supply chain. This paper introduces the Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA), and improves the algorithm to solve the model. The computer simulation optimization method is used to solve the case, comparing the overall revenue and its changes before and after the introduction of IoT technology. The research shows that the application of IoT technology can effectively optimize the multi-product supply chain. Currently, the IoT cost is high, which is not suitable for the introduction of small-scale enterprises. When large-scale enterprises introduce IoT, IoT technology should be rationally used to maximize its utility .
