该文探讨高血压患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞上的电压门控性钾通道(voltage-gate potassium channel,Kv)1.3的变化。方法:收集高血压患者24例和健康志愿者24人外周血,分选出CD4+T淋巴细胞,分别给予0、2nmol/L血管紧张素(angiotensin,Ang)Ⅱ培养。采用全细胞膜片钳技术记录淋巴细胞膜Kv1.3电流,并用RT-PCR检测Kv1.3和AngⅡ1型受体
This article investigates the changes of voltage-gate potassium channel (Kv) 1.3 on CD4 + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of hypertensive patients. Methods: Peripheral blood was collected from 24 patients with essential hypertension and 24 healthy volunteers. CD4 + T lymphocytes were sorted out and cultured with Angiotensin (Ang Ⅱ) at a concentration of 0.2 ng / L. Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to record the Kv1.3 current in lymphocytes and the Kv1.3 and AngⅡ1 receptors were detected by RT-PCR
