云南电网公司企业发展与管理研究中心是云南电网公司实施机构改革的创新。中心机构及人员组成复杂,管理模式为矩阵式管理,即各研究室及挂靠机构业务由总部对应部门管理,中心负责员工队伍教育及课题研究,这样的创新管理模式给中心的管理工作提出了挑战。中心领导通过认真分析和讨论,决定从基础管理上下功夫,加强制度建设,实施绩效管理,督促各部室及员工持续改进工作业绩,完成工作目标,增强执行力。
Yunnan Power Grid Corporation Enterprise Development and Management Research Center of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation is the implementation of institutional innovations. The central organization and personnel are complex and the management mode is matrix management. That is, the management of each laboratory and affiliated institution is managed by the corresponding department of the headquarters. The center is responsible for the education of the staff and the research of the subject. Such innovative management mode poses a challenge to the management of the center . Through careful analysis and discussion, the leaders of the center decided to devote more efforts to basic management, strengthen system construction and implement performance management. They urged departments, offices and employees to continuously improve their performance, complete their work objectives and enhance their execution ability.
