建立了用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定人工培养裂褶菌中的金属砷与汞。结果表明:砷在1.00~10.0μg/L内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995;汞在0.10~1.00μg/L内线性良好,相关系数为0.9994;砷和汞的测定值分别为0.044μg/L和0.0039μg/L,回收率分别为97.4%和946.7%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法简便、结果准确可靠,能满足裂褶菌中砷、汞的同时测定。
Arsenic and Mercury in Artificial Culture Schizophyllum has been established by microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the linearity of arsenic in the range of 1.00-10.0μg / L was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the linearity of mercury was 0.10-1.00μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9994, the determination values of arsenic and mercury were 0.044μg / L and 0.0039 μg / L, the recoveries were 97.4% and 946.7% respectively, with relative standard deviations less than 5%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can meet the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in Schizophyllum.
