以红花槭1年生休眠枝条为试材,研究了冷冻处理条件下枝条内细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,丙二醛(MDA)、以及枝条相对电导率的变化。结果表明:随着处理温度降低,红花槭枝条内SOD酶活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势;MDA含量随温度降低逐渐升高;相对电导率随处理温度降低呈“S”形上升。红花槭枝条的低温半致死温度(LT50)为-35℃,红花槭可以在沈阳露地越冬。
The 1-year-old dormant branches of Acer palmatum were used as materials to study the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) and the relative conductivity of shoots under the condition of freezing treatment. The results showed that with the decrease of treatment temperature, the SOD activity in shoots of A. saffron rose at first and then decreased. The content of MDA increased gradually with the decrease of temperature, while the relative conductivity decreased with the decrease of treatment temperature. . The low temperature lethal temperature (LT50) of safflower maple branches is -35 ℃, safflower maple can wintering in the open field of Shenyang.
