随着国有企业改革力度的加强,改制已经成为国有企业发展的必要途径,然而,经过改制企业在诸多方面做出了调整,不但包括产业结构、人员结构,还包括组织结构。这个过程牵动了诸多方面的利益,不但企业工会遭到了削弱,工会面临的矛盾,需要解决的问题逐渐增多。本文分析了改制企业工会存在的问题,基于此,提出了改制企业工会的应对举措,希望能够顺利推动改制企业的平稳过渡,在保证各方利益的基础上,促进企业的长远发展。
With the reform of state-owned enterprises intensified, the restructuring has become a necessary way for the development of state-owned enterprises. However, after restructuring, the enterprises have made adjustments in many aspects, including not only industrial structure, personnel structure but also organizational structure. This process has affected many aspects of the interests. Not only the trade unions have been weakened, the trade unions are facing the contradictions, the problems to be solved are gradually increasing. This article analyzes the existing problems in the trade union of the restructuring enterprises. Based on this, it proposes the measures to deal with the trade unions of the restructuring enterprises, hoping to smoothly promote the smooth transition of the restructuring enterprises and promote the long-term development of the enterprises on the basis of ensuring the interests of all parties.
