【摘要】 目的：探討枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪对轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的治疗效果，旨在为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供参考依据。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2017年6月的轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者100例进行回顾性分析，按治疗方法分为对照组和试验组，对照组50例采用美沙拉嗪治疗，试验组50例在美沙拉嗪治疗的基础上加用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解情况、结肠镜评分及药品不良反应。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%，明显高于对照组72.00%，试验组治疗后腹泻缓解时间（2.32±1.22）d、腹痛缓解时间（1.51±1.47）d、黏液脓血便缓解时间（2.56±1.52）d均短于对照组（3.53±2.11）、（2.23±2.02）、（3.68±2.15）d，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前结肠内镜评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者结肠内镜评分均显著低于治疗前，且试验组结肠内镜评分明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组发生药物不良反应3例，较对照组的1例多，但症状轻，无需特殊处理。结论：枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪科可显著地提高UC的临床疗效，缩短症状减轻时间，对UC的治疗有良好的辅助作用，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Mesalazine in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis，so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method：100 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2017 were analyzed，according to the treatment methods they were divided into the control group and the experimental group，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine，the experimental group was treated with Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules on the basis of Mesalazine，the clinical efficacy，alleviate the situation，colonoscopy scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result：The total efficiency of experimental group was 96.00%，which was significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，diarrhea relief time，abdominal pain relief time and mucus blood pus remission time in the experimental group were respectively（2.32±1.22），（1.51±1.47） and （2.56±1.52）d shorter than those in the control group of （3.53±2.11），（2.23±2.02） and （3.68±2.15）d，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There were 3 cases of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group were more than 1 case in the control group，but the symptoms were mild and no special treatment was needed.Conclusion：Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated capsules combined with Mesalazine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of UC，shorten the time to alleviate the symptoms，and play a good auxiliary role in the treatment of UC，it is worthy of clinical use.
