本文介绍激光求心检测仪用于蒸汽机车汽缸滑板及汽室找中心线的准直测量。过去,这种测量是用拉一根钢丝线的方法,精度低、烦琐、时间长。而且拉钢丝测量其数值是靠人眼大约估量的,估量值只能确定到0.1毫米。用“激光机车汽缸求心检测仪”加上菲涅尔十字波带片和精密纵横机械座标靶检测,数值可准确地指示到0.01毫米。在测量速度上也比拉钢丝测量可节省四分之三的时间,一般用五至六分钟即可测完,且操作简便。
This article describes the laser heart detector for steam locomotive cylinder skateboards and steam chamber to find the centerline alignment measurement. It also saves about three-fourths of the time on the measurement speed compared to the pull wire measurement. It usually takes five to six minutes to finish measuring, and the operation is easy.
