随着我国社会主义经济的发展,对于我国的建设企业投资项目的主体也在不断发生变化,在建筑企业项目的建设中,施工企业正在不断加强成本控制和预算规划,如何使项目管理真正出效益正是讨论的课题,因此只有通过实行施工预算管理才能使得施工企业要有效加强预算管理,提升企业经济效益,必须适应新形势。此外,对于整个的建设企业的施工来说,很容易存在各种各样的不可预测的风险。那么在竞争如此激烈的环境下我们的建设企业如何来辨别以及回避风险,这成为了建设企业能否成功的关键因素。本论文主要探讨的就是对建设企业项目施工预算以及风险控制管理的研究,并提出了笔者自己的建议。
