关于镁钇合金中稀土元素的测定报道较少,仅中南矿冶学院和包头冶金研究所开展过镁钇合金中部分稀土元素测定的研究。本法选择氯化钡为载体,以碳粉为缓冲剂,钪为内标,采用发射光谱法则定了镁钇合金中11种稀土元素,得到高的灵敏度和理想的再现性。一、仪器与材料使用3.4米光栅光谱仪,光栅刻线每毫米600条,二级光谱,线色散率的倒数是每毫米0.25nm,直流电弧12安,光谱纯石墨电极,直径6毫米,下电极孔径
There are few reports about the determination of rare earth elements in the magnesium-yttrium alloys. Only the determination of some rare earth elements in the magnesium-yttrium alloys by the Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Baotou Institute of Metallurgy has been carried out. In this method, barium chloride is used as carrier, carbon powder is used as buffer and scandium is used as internal standard. Eleven kinds of rare earth elements in magnesium-yttrium alloy are determined by using emission spectroscopy method, and high sensitivity and ideal reproducibility are obtained.
