目的:探索建立突发放射事故医院药品应急供应保障体系。方法:根据放射病救治中的用药特点,对2例极重度放射病患者救治实践中的药品供应需求及药剂科的药品应急保障情况进行回顾分析。结果:急性放射病救治药品应急保障的特点是涉及药品种类繁多、范围广;药品用量或疗程不确定,采购无计划性;药品保障时间紧;急性放射病救治药品应急保障难度加大。突发放射事故药品应急供应保障体系的建立和运转,必须重视药品储备、信息储备、能力储备和药品治疗预案储备4个方面。结论:建立突发放射事故药品应急供应保障体系,合理组织、利用药物资源十分必要。
Objective: To explore the establishment of Emergency Response System for Drugs in Sudden Radiation Accident Hospital.
