一、初中数学课堂教育现状1.在教师“教”的过程中,大部分教师都严格遵循教材,上课循规蹈矩,使得课堂气氛显得十分沉闷。此外,教师的评价体系和观念也过于落后,仅仅关注最后的结果,忽视了学生在不同时期的努力程度和进步状况,没有形成真正意义上公正合理的评价,形成了重结论、轻过程的课堂教学活动,使得学习成为单调呆板的机械记忆和模仿练习,学生的天赋和学习积极性都在一定程度上受到了扼杀,严重影响了学生的全面发展。
