核心脏病学,包括核素心功能检查,目前有较快的发展。核素探测仪器基本可分为两类,一类是显像装置,如γ闪烁照相机、ECT 等,其优点是可以显示某一脏器的影像,了解该器官的解剖形态学的改变,除用以测定心功能外,还有其他多方面的用途。缺点是设备较复杂,价格较昂贵,灵敏度较低。另一类为非显像装置,如核听诊器,它仅用于心功能探测,其优点为设备较简单,价格较便宜,且灵敏度高。核听诊器为美国 Wagner 教授于1976年首先提出,并于1978年由美国 Bios 公司改进及正式生产,同年,我国阜外医院等也开始进行临床应用与研究,1980年开始用于中医药的观察研究。
