基底动脉尖综合征(Top of the basilar syndrome)又称TOB综合征,临床上少见,而因肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术引起的TOB综合征目前尚未见有报告,现将我科最近所见1例报告如下。男性患者,28岁。1989年10月在本院诊断为原发性肝癌,做过4次肝动脉化疗检塞术后,于1990年4月行肝癌局部切除术,病理证实为肝细胞癌。随访8个月后肝癌复发,并发现左肺内有3个转移灶。1991年9月11日行第7次肝动脉化疗栓塞和第2次左支气管动脉化疗术,术后1小时患者出现嗜
Top of the basilar syndrome (TOF syndrome) is also rare in clinical practice. However, TOB syndrome caused by hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic arterial chemoembolization has not been reported at present. Recently, one case has been seen in our department. The report is as follows. Male patient, 28 years old. He was diagnosed as primary liver cancer in our hospital in October 1989. After 4 hepatic arterial chemoembolizations, local hepatic resection was performed in April 1990. Histopathology proved to be hepatocellular carcinoma. Liver cancer recurred after 8 months of follow-up and 3 metastases were found in the left lung. On September 11, 1991, the 7th hepatic arterial chemoembolization and the 2nd left bronchial artery chemotherapy were performed. At 1 hour postoperatively, patients developed addiction.
