本试验以沙培方式培养红小豆,设置不同浓度矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑叶面喷施处理,研究了上述三种植物延缓剂对红小豆幼苗GS酶活性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施矮壮素对红小豆幼苗GS酶活性的影响并未表现出明显规律性。多效唑和烯效唑可促进红小豆幼苗GS酶活性的提高,综合本试验数据与上述三种抑制型调节剂的生理作用初步认为,生产中多效唑和烯效唑较适宜的浓度为100mg/L和100mg/L。
In this experiment, we used the sand culture method to cultivate adzuki bean, set up different concentrations of CC, PP333, and uniconazole foliar spray treatment, the three plant retardants on the adzuki bean seedlings GS enzyme activity. The results showed that foliar application of CC had no obvious regularity on the GS activity of young adzuki bean. Paclobutrazol and uniconazole can promote GSH activity of adzuki bean seedlings. Based on the data of the experiment and the physiological effects of the above three inhibitors, it is preliminarily believed that the optimum concentrations of paclobutrazol and uniconazole are 100 mg / L and 100mg / L.
