据卫生部药品监督管理局公布的药品质量公报:乳酸环丙沙星注射液年度抽检不合格率高达31.9％,其中主要是澄明度不合格。我院制剂室多年生产乳酸环丙沙星注射液,产品质量稳定,澄明度好,合格率高,不良反应极少,疗效满意。现将配制方法及注意事项介绍如下: 1.制备工艺 1.1 处方:乳酸环丙沙星2.544g(以环丙沙星计 0.2g),氯化钠 9.0g,1％乳酸适量,注射用水加至1000ml。
According to the Drug Quality Bulletin released by the Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health: Ciprofloxacin lactate injection sampling annual failure rate of up to 31.9%, of which the main is the degree of unacceptable clarity. Our hospital preparation room for many years producing ciprofloxacin lactate injection, product quality is stable, good clarity, high pass rate, minimal adverse reactions, with satisfactory results. Now preparation methods and precautions are described below: 1. Preparation 1.1 Prescription: Ciprofloxacin lactate 2.544g (ciprofloxacin 0.2g), sodium chloride 9.0g, 1% lactic acid amount, water for injection added to 1000ml.
