对小鼠以能允许的最大浓度 10 %的硒化低聚糖混悬液 0 .4 m L/ 10 g ig,测不出 LD50 ,故根据新药审批办法中对急性毒性的要求 ,进行了最大耐受量 ( MTD)的测定 ,当给予小鼠硒化低聚糖 16g· kg-12 4 h,对小鼠未见明显毒性反应 ,表明其 MTD>16g· kg-1。对小鼠 S180 肉瘤按 4 .0 ,2 .0 g· kg-1的剂量连续灌胃给药 9d,各剂量组小鼠均表现出明显的抑瘤作用 ,其中以中剂量组 ( 3.0 g· kg-1)为最佳 ,其抑瘤率达 67.77% ,与阳性对照药物替加氟片 ( FT- 2 0 7)的抑瘤率 ( 70 .37% )接近 ,低剂量组抑瘤率为 4 0 .77% ,高剂量组为 31.4 8%。
