积极心理学提倡在树立“以人为本”理念的前提下,用赏识的眼光看待学生,引导学生挖掘自身潜在的积极因素。中职英语教学应基于积极心理学理念,正确认识教师和学生的角色地位,以激发学生学习积极性为突破口,探究有效的教学和学习方法,形成符合中职学生英语教育的基本模式,在提高英语学习效果的同时,促进学生心理积极健康发展,引导学生规划美好人生。 Positive Psychology advocates establishing a “people-oriented” concept, treating students with appreciative perspective and guiding students to tap their potential positive factors. Vocational English teaching should be based on the concept of positive psychology to correctly understand the role of teachers and students in order to stimulate student learning enthusiasm as a breakthrough point to explore effective teaching and learning methods to form a basic model of English education in secondary vocational students in improving English At the same time of learning effect, promote students’ positive and healthy development of psychology, and guide students to plan a better life.
