在循环流化床冷态试验台上,开展了J阀结构参数对于回料量影响的试验研究。试验表明,在相同回料风量下,J阀循环室高度降低,有利于提高回料量,循环室与支持室通道高度在一定范围内改变,不会影响到回料量,只是在通道高度比较低时,对于回料量产生影响。根据试验结果,对包头第一热电厂DG470/9.71-1循环流化床锅炉J阀,进行了技术改造,降低循环室高度274 mm,解决了该锅炉常出现的J阀回料不畅、振动等问题,确保锅炉安全经济运行。
