人力资源管理体系的构建与完善将有利于研究型企业经济效益的提升,本文以研究型企业人力资源管理体系为研究对象,通过研究促使管理体制最大限度发挥其自身优势,提高企业效益。首先,本文就如今研究型企业人力资源管理体系中存在的问题进行一一剖析,找出问题根源所在,然后针对问题提出解决方案,并归纳研究型企业人力资源管理所呈现的崭新特征。
The construction and perfection of the human resources management system will be beneficial to the improvement of the economic efficiency of the research-oriented enterprises. In this paper, the human resources management system of the research-based enterprises is taken as the research object. Through the research, the management system is encouraged to maximize its own advantages and enhance the efficiency of enterprises. First of all, this article analyzes the problems existing in the human resources management system of research-oriented enterprises today, finds out the source of the problems, and then puts forward solutions to the problems, and summarizes the brand-new features of human resources management in the research-based enterprises.
