1987年2月4日～5月6日,我院收治旋毛虫病6例,多经活检和血清学检查确诊。现分析报告以下。临床资料男5例,女1例,平均年龄26(20～36)岁,病程平均14.3(12～18)天,4例否认有食不熟猪肉史,2例有食不熟猪肉史。临床表现初起症状发热、全身酸痛、咽痛、干咳、食欲减退、乏力及肌肉压痛。个别患者发热时伴有腹痛,张口困难,咀嚼时面颊部痛。部分病人热退后伴有腹泻,皮肤瘙痒,体重减较,腹股沟淋巴结肿大(见附表)。由表看出,主要临床特征为发冷发热,全身肌痛尤以腓肠肌压痛为著,皮肤瘙痒,咽痛、干咳、张口困难与咀嚼痛,腹股沟淋巴结肿大等发生率高且显著,最具诊断特征。

The clinical data of 5 males and 1 females, the average age of 26 (20 to 36) years old, the average duration of 14.3 (12 to 18) days, 4 cases denied eating cooked pork history, 2 cases of eating cooked pork history. Clinical manifestations of first symptoms of fever, body aches, sore throat, dry cough, loss of appetite, fatigue and muscle tenderness. Individual patients with abdominal pain when fever, mouth opening difficulties, chewing cheek pain. Some patients with fever back with diarrhea, skin itching, weight loss, inguinal lymph nodes (see Schedule). From the table, the main clinical features of chilly fever, systemic muscular pain, especially in the gastrocnemius tenderness, skin itching, sore throat, dry cough, mouth pain and chewing pain, inguinal lymph node enlargement and other high incidence and significant Diagnostic features.
