本文立足于滨海开发区于家堡北京建工的钢管混凝土施工,结合天津塘沽的原材料,通过配合比优化,探讨了C70高强混凝土的配合比和顶升施工工艺,研究结果表明,通过原材料和外加剂的选择、配合比的优化制备出了满足输送和顶升施工方案的C70高强钢管混凝土,为天津地区的C70高强混凝土顶升施工奠定了扎实基础。
Based on the concrete-filled steel tube construction of Beijing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in Yujiapu, Binhai Development Zone, combined with the raw materials in Tianjin Tanggu, the mix ratio and lifting construction technology of C70 high-strength concrete are discussed through the optimization of mix proportion. The results show that, C70 high-strength concrete filled steel tube (CFST) to meet the requirements of transportation and jack-up construction was optimized and optimized with the selection and dosage of additives, laying a solid foundation for the C70 high-strength concrete jacking construction in Tianjin area.
