目的观察大型商用食具消毒柜在不同消毒模式下的消毒效果,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,观察不同消毒模式运行下对载体上大肠杆菌和脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭效果。结果试验结果显示,在商用食具消毒柜满载的情况下,臭氧消毒模式运行60 min,对载体上大肠杆菌杀灭对数值2.10~2.98,对载体上的脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值1.16~1.33;臭氧消毒60 min+烘干30 min组合模式(关闭循环风机)运行90 min,对载体上大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值2.19~5.76,对载体上的脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值2.09~5.67;臭氧消毒60 min+烘干30 min组合模式(开启循环风机)运行90 min,对载体上大肠杆菌杀灭对数值6.26,对载体上的脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值5.83。结论大型商用食具消毒柜需运行臭氧消毒60 min+烘干30 min组合模式(开启循环风机)才能达到预期的消毒效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of large-scale commercial utensils disinfection cabinet under different disinfection modes, providing scientific basis for practical application. Methods The method of quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the killing effect of Escherichia coli and poliovirus on different disinfection modes. Results The test results showed that in the case of commercial utensils full load, the ozone disinfection mode was operated for 60 min, killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli on the carrier from 2.10 to 2.98, inactivation logarithm of poliovirus on vector was 1.16 ~ 1.33; ozone disinfection 60 min + drying 30 min combination mode (closed circulation fan) for 90 min, the average kill logarithm of Escherichia coli on vector was 2.19 ~ 5.76, and the inactivation logarithm of poliovirus on vector was 2.09 ~ 5.67 ; Ozone disinfection 60 min + drying 30 min combination mode (open circulation fan) for 90 min, the killing E. coli on the vector logarithmic value of 6.26, on-vector polio virus inactivation logarithm of 5.83. Conclusion Large-scale commercial utensils disinfection cabinets need to run the ozone disinfection 60 min + drying 30 min combination mode (open circulation fan) in order to achieve the desired disinfection.
