应用水平淀粉凝胶电泳法,对采自内蒙古岱海、天津津南水库、天津黄港水库、天津于庄水库和江苏太湖的大银鱼Protosalanxhyalocranius共5个群体,以及采自太湖的太湖新银鱼Neosalanxtaihuensis1个群体的AAT、α-GPD、GPI、IDH、LDH、MDH、PGM和PROT进行了电泳分析。在大银鱼和太湖新银鱼中各检测出16个基因座位,若以最高基因频率小于0.99为判别基准,大银鱼和太湖新银鱼多态基因座位比例分别为0~12.5%和18.8%;若以小于0.95为判断基准,则大银鱼中没有多态基因座位,太湖新银鱼的多态基因座位比例为12.5%;两种银鱼平均杂合度预期值分别为0~0.0057和0.0178。大银鱼和太湖新银鱼在α-GPD-4、LDH-1、LDH-2、LDH-3以及PGM基因座位上存在种间差异。大银鱼群体间的Nei遗传距为0.000010~0.000103,大银鱼与太湖新银鱼间的Nei遗传距为0.2996~0.3019。与大多数鱼类相比,银鱼的遗传变异程度较低。
Using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis, five populations of Protosalanx hyalocranius collected from Daihai in Tianjin, Tianjin Jinnan Reservoir, Tianjin Huanggang Reservoir, Tianjin Yuzhuang Reservoir and Taihu Lake in Jiangsu Province, The AAT, α-GPD, GPI, IDH, LDH, MDH, PGM and PROT of 1 Neosalanxtaihuensis population were analyzed by electrophoresis. Sixteen loci were detected in Larval and Taihu Lake. If the highest gene frequency was less than 0.99, the polymorphism loci were 0-12.5% and 18.8 %; If less than 0.95 as a criterion, there is no polymorphic locus in the big silverfish, the loci of polymorphic loci in Taihu Lake silverfish is 12.5%; the expected average heterozygosity of the two species are 0 ~ 0.0057 and 0.0178. There was an interspecific difference in the loci of α-GPD-4, LDH-1, LDH-2, LDH-3 and PGM between Monochamus sinippa and Taihu Lake. The Nei heritability was 0.000010 ~ 0.000103 in the big silverfish group, and the Nei genetic distance was 0.2996 ~ 0.3019 between the big silver carp and the silver carp of Taihu Lake. Silver fish have a lower degree of genetic variation than most fish.
