一直以来,医院绩效工资分配问题是研究的重点,医院绩效工资的实施能够发挥激励作用,对提高医务人员的积极性产生重要影响,目前,因受诸多因素的影响,导致医院绩效工资分配不均衡,这在一定程度上阻碍了医院的可持续发展,为进一步实现医院绩效工资分配的公平性,本篇文章从多个角度出发进行探究,期望能够为实现医院绩效工资分配的公平性奠定理论基础。
