分析了阿勃、青春533、青农469、青农452等四个春小麦品种(品系)在青海西宁地区籽粒蛋白质相对含量的变化规律和蛋白质绝对含量的积累进程.结果表明,从开花至成熟,籽粒蛋白质相对含量的变化呈“∪”型曲线,并以花后籽粒发育初期含量最高。花后31天左右是该地区春小麦籽粒中蛋白质相对含量最低的时期。不同品种在花后不同时期蛋白质相对含量各不相同,籽粒蛋白质绝对含量的积累过程呈“S”形曲线,可用概率转换方程P=2.6569+0.0861x描述,花后16~39天是本地区春小麦籽粒积累蛋白质最主要的时期。品种不同,成熟时蛋白质绝对含量不同。培育优良品种,改善栽培措施可以提高籽粒蛋白质含量,改善小麦营养品质。
The changes of grain protein content and the accumulation of protein absolute content were analyzed in four spring wheat cultivars including Abel, Youth 533, Qingnong 469 and Qingnong 452. The results showed that from flowering to maturity, The relative content of grain protein showed a “∪” type curve, and the highest content was found in the early stage after anthesis. About 31 days after anthesis, the relative content of protein in spring wheat grains in this area is the lowest. The relative content of protein in different cultivars was different at different stages after anthesis, and the accumulation process of absolute protein content in grains was “S” shaped curve, which could be described by the equation of probability transformation P = 2.6569 + 0.0861x. From 16 to 39 days after anthesis, The most important period for the grain to accumulate protein. Different varieties, mature protein absolute content is different. Cultivating fine varieties and improving cultivation measures can improve grain protein content and improve wheat nutritional quality.
