课外作业是教学过程中重要的一环,作业评价又是学习评价的重要组成部分,是向学生反馈学习情况的一种形式,也是教师了解教学效果的一种手段。笔者尝试了作业评价改革,通过“双等级制评价,激励性、描述性语言评价,照相机手段课堂反馈,QQ网络个性化反馈”四种评价方式,培养学生的责任感,让学生形成积极的情感、态度、价值观,调动学生的学习积极性,促进学生全面、持续、和谐的发展。
Homework is an important part of the teaching process. Job evaluation is an important part of learning evaluation. It is a form of feedback learning to students and a means for teachers to understand the teaching effect. I tried the job evaluation reform through four evaluation methods: “double-level evaluation, motivational, descriptive linguistic evaluation, camera feedback in class, personalized feedback of QQ network” to cultivate students’ sense of responsibility and let students form a positive Emotion, attitude and values, and arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning so as to promote the all-round, sustained and harmonious development of students.
