我们在英语课堂教学的时候常常会发现:不一样的班级,甚至是一个班级里面的学生英语学习的基础是不一样的,有的学得好,有的学得不好。英语好的学生总是那么寥寥几个,大部分是占中等,甚至学得差。他们普遍表现的是对英语学习失去了信心和乐趣。这些中等或者差的学生主要是在小学或者初中英语学习阶段没有打下良好的基础,再加上高中英语课程普遍比以前阶段的英语难度加大了,因此,他们更不喜欢学习英语了,更有甚者对英语科目听之任之。这样就很难再与高中英语高难度、快节奏的教学同步了,从而给高中英语教师的教学的顺利进行带来了很大的麻烦,甚至还会影响到那些对英语学习还比较感兴趣的一些学生。如何改变这种局面,改善英语教学的环境,增加学生学习英语的积极性?这就要求高中英语教师针对课堂教学中对教学方法、教学理念有所改观。那么,在英语课堂教学的过程中,如何转变教师的教学理念,如何操纵课堂教学,使学生更易于接受英语教学,增强学英语的信心和兴趣。

This requires that high school English teachers improve their teaching methods and teaching ideas in classroom teaching. So, in the process of English classroom teaching, how to change the teaching philosophy of teachers, how to manipulate classroom teaching, make students easier to accept English teaching and enhance the confidence and interest of learning English.
