用氟乐灵、拿草特两种抗微管除草剂和秋水仙素在不同处理部位、不同处理时间和浓度条件下对玉米单倍体进行单倍体加倍效率研究。结果表明,3种药剂用浸种法处理玉米单倍体的加倍率以氟乐灵在浓度80μmol/L处理20 h最高(35.7%),用浸芽法处理的加倍率以拿草特在浓度60μmol/L处理24 h最高(24.8%),用浸根法处理的加倍率以氟乐灵在浓度40μmol/L处理15 h最高(16.8%)。因此抗微管除草剂氟乐灵对玉米单倍体加倍效果最好。
Trifluralin, Navelt two anti-microtubule herbicides and colchicine at different treatment sites, different treatment time and concentration of haploid haploid haploid double efficiency.
