The high incidence of this disease, a serious threat to the health of tourists has become a subject worthy of further study in infectious diarrhea. Epidemiology Northern and Northern European populations to travel to Latin America, Africa, southern Europe, Asia, the Middle East and other regions, prone to the disease, the invasion rate ranging from 30 to 80%. Tourists in non-tropical industrialized areas to tropical and sub-tropical developing countries are more vulnerable due to poor sanitation in these areas and poor enforcement and management of drinking water and food hygiene standards. Diarrhea can also occur from other countries or regions to U.S. tourists, but the rate of invasion is extremely low. Ryder reported that 147 scholars went to the United States for assembly and only three reported diarrhea (2%).
