随着我国体育事业的快速发展,我国中小学开始注重对青少年的体育教育和体育锻炼,但是许多学校并不了解青少年体育锻炼后的心理效应,因此对此问题展开研究。了解青少年体育锻炼后的心理效应,以及各阶段学生需要怎样的锻炼量才能使学生有满足感。具体方法有调查问卷法、查阅资料法、访谈法等。得出的结论是在体育活动中要设置合理的体育目标。
With the rapid development of sports in our country, primary and middle schools in our country pay more attention to adolescent physical education and physical exercise. However, many schools do not understand the psychological effects of adolescent physical exercise. Therefore, this problem is studied. Understand the psychological effects of adolescent physical activity, as well as various stages of what students need to exercise in order to make students feel satisfied. Specific methods are questionnaire, access to information law, interview law. The conclusion is that we must set reasonable sports goals in sports activities.
