金融危机爆发以来,我国大中型企业纷纷采取自保措施,导致市场人力资源过剩,产生了很大的社会问题。但其中也有一些企业在危机面前勇敢的承担起社会责任,最大限度的保证了企业和社会的稳定性,应用了一些卓有成效的人力资源策略。2010年,危机将在全球继续蔓延,对我国的冲击可能加大,我国大中型企业未来形势不容乐观。因此,应在人力资源管理实践上提出新的战略构架,创新管理、合理激励、最大程度发挥员工能量和主动性、助企业渡过难关,获取竞争优势、提高竞争力,进一步发展、壮大。
Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, China’s large and medium-sized enterprises have taken self-protection measures one after another, leading to excess human resources in the market, resulting in great social problems. However, some of them have bravely taken social responsibilities in the face of crisis, ensured the stability of enterprises and society to the maximum, and applied some fruitful human resources strategies. In 2010, the crisis will continue to spread globally and the impact on our country may increase. The future situation of large and medium-sized enterprises in our country is not optimistic. Therefore, we should put forward a new strategic framework for human resources management practices, innovate management and reasonable incentives, maximize the energy and initiative of employees, help enterprises tide over the difficulties, gain competitive advantages, enhance their competitiveness, and further develop and grow.
