In April 2001, the progress of China’s open securities investment funds made major breakthroughs. Three securities investment fund management companies, Huaan, South China and Huaxia, announced that their preparatory work for open-end funds has been basically completed and the relevant materials will be submitted to the Commission for examination and approval. This shows that open-end funds are just around the corner. The upcoming introduction of open-end funds will not only bring about major changes in the fund market in our country,
