在加工如图所示工件的实践中,自制了一种在车床上使用的半自动定位攻丝器。在加工中达到了保证质量,提高工效的目的。其特点是性能可靠、使用方便,适用范围广。图示工件为正反螺母,即以空刀为界,两端分别为左旋螺纹和右旋螺纹。由于中间空刀较窄,攻丝过程中丝锥容易攻过界,两头攻丝深度都不易控制。而且用人工攻丝工效低,体力消耗大,质量难以保证。针对这种情况,我们设计了定位攻丝器。其结构是以控制杆6“L”长度等于工件所需耍攻丝深
