目的:研究苜蓿降血脂胶囊对实验性家兔动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:高脂喂养建立家兔AS模型,分为苜蓿提取物高、中、低剂量组,阳性组,模型组,空白组;灌胃给药,4周后测定血清内皮素、前列环素、主动脉斑块的病变分级、内膜、中膜厚度及比值、主动脉肉眼及形态学检查。结果:与模型组比较,苜蓿降血脂胶囊高剂量组能显著降低ET、升高6-keto-PGF1a水平(P<0.05);高、中剂量组能降低主动脉斑块病变平均等级及粥样硬化面积/主动脉面积比值(P<0.05,P<0.01);各剂量组均能减少内膜厚度、增加中膜厚度(P<0.01)。结论:苜蓿降血脂胶囊对兔动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of alfalfa hypoglycemic capsule on experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods: The AS model of rabbits was established by high fat diet. The rabbits were divided into high, middle and low dose alfalfa extract group, positive group, model group and blank group. After 4 weeks of administration, serum endothelin, prostacyclin, Aortic plaque lesions classification, intima, media thickness and ratio, aortic visual and morphological examination. Results: Compared with model group, alfalfa hypoglycemic capsule high dose group could significantly reduce ET and increase 6-keto-PGF1a level (P <0.05); high and middle dose group can reduce the average level of aortic plaque lesions and atherosclerosis Sclerotic area / aortic area ratio (P <0.05, P <0.01). Each dose group could reduce intima thickness and increase medial thickness (P <0.01). Conclusion: Medicago jianzhi capsule has a good therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis in rabbits.
