住房与居民的生活息息相关,而我国目前房市的价格虚高,已经超过了普通居民的购买能力。因此,某些楼盘可以凭借价格或地段优势成为紧俏楼盘,引来众多购买者。由于这些楼盘的需求远远超过供给,就会引发炒卖房号的投机行为。我国现有的法律法规并没有对购房号的相关法律问题加以规定,本文拟将对此问题加以研究以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。
