目的:以邢台医专学生为样本,了解邢台高职高专学生学习动机与家庭结构之间的联系,为探索学生有利的家庭因素,调整在校的教学方法,使学生能够健康成长。方法:采用学习动机调查表和家庭结构调查表作为调查工具,结合深入访谈调查210名高职高专学生。结果:邢台医专学生学习动机分布正常,分为高等学习动机组与中等学习动机组,两组学习动机组母亲职业构成差异有统计学差别,两组学习动机组母亲学历、父亲学历、父亲职业、家庭住地没有统计学差别。在学习动机中前四名是:报答父母,为了面子,工作,更好的生活。结论:①该校的学生动机分布正常。②母亲的职业能够影响高职高专学生的学习动机水平。③邢台高职高专学生是有责任感的,他们更重视个人的成就。④邢台高职高专学生已经比较成熟,能够适应家庭结构的变化,他们已经渡过了最困难的时期。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the relationship between Xingtai vocational college students’ learning motivation and family structure based on the sample of Xingtai Medical College students and to adjust their teaching methods so that students can grow healthily. Methods: The study motivation questionnaire and family structure questionnaire were used as investigation tools, combined with in-depth interviews to investigate 210 vocational students. Results: Xingtai Medical students ’motivation distribution was normal and divided into higher learning motivation group and middle learning motivation group. There was statistical difference in mothers’ occupational composition between the two motivation groups. Mothers ’mothers’ education, father’s education, father’s occupation There was no statistical difference in family residence. In the motivation to learn the top four are: repay their parents, in order to face, work, a better life. Conclusion: ① The motivation of the school is normal. ②Mother’s occupation can affect the learning motivation of students in higher vocational colleges. ③ Xingtai vocational college students are responsible, they pay more attention to personal achievements. ④ Xingtai higher vocational college students are more mature, able to adapt to changes in family structure, they have passed the most difficult period.
