本文研究了海水环境中锌对中国对虾卵子孵化和无节幼体变态的影响。结果表明,可溶性锌对卵子孵化和无节幼体变态的作用只与游离离子活度有关,而不是与其总浓度有关。锌离子活度在10 ̄(-7.30)mol/L以下时,不影响卵子的孵化率;高于此浓度会显著(P<0.05)降低孵化率;在10 ̄(-5.00)mol/L时卵子完全不能孵化。锌离子活度在10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L时,不影响无节幼体的生长变态;高于此浓度时,明显(P<0.05)减少变态率;高于10 ̄(-6.00)mol/L时。无节幼体完全不能存活。讨论了锌离子对对虾育苗系统的影响,认为育苗过程中锌离子的最佳活度为10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L。
In this paper, the effect of zinc in seawater on egg hatching and nauplii metamorphosis of Penaeus chinensis was studied. The results showed that the effect of soluble zinc on egg hatching and nauplii metamorphosis was only related to free ion activity, not to its total concentration. The activity of zinc ion did not affect the hatching rate of eggs when the activity was below 10 ~ (-7.30) mol / L, and the hatching rate was significantly lower than that of the control (P <0.05). 00) mol / L eggs can not hatch at all.
