据报道,肾衰竭患者只有51.41%生活质量较好, 5.7%能工作,因此,其疗效欠佳。近年肾衰竭营养治疗,受 到各国肾脏病学者和营养学家的高度重视。本研究目的 是改善肾衰竭患者营养,提高生活质量。 一、对象与方法 随机选择45-65岁门诊透析患者30 例,其中男18例、女12例,进行营养治疗。治疗前后按膳 食调查称重法、临床体检、血清电解质国标法检测对照。 主食为淀粉米、麦淀粉或营养平衡米。副食为日常食品。 评价标准:RDA标准电解质血清正常值。

The purpose of this study is to improve the nutrition of patients with renal failure and improve the quality of life. First, the object and method randomly selected 45 patients aged 45-65 outpatient dialysis patients 30 cases, 18 males and 12 females, nutritional therapy. Before and after treatment by dietary survey weighing method, clinical examination, serum electrolyte GB test control. The staple food is starch rice, wheat starch or nutrition balance rice. Non-staple food for daily food. Evaluation criteria: RDA standard electrolyte serum normal.
