目的观察门冬胰岛素(诺和锐特充)联合个性化生活健康干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血清脂联素及抵抗素水平的影响。方法将240例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为观察组及对照组各120例。对照组仅给予诺和锐特充治疗,观察组给予诺和锐特充联合个性化生活健康干预治疗。将妊娠13周第1天、妊娠20周第1天及妊娠30周第1天分别记录为妊娠早期、妊娠中期及妊娠晚期。统计2组各时期的血清脂联素含量及抵抗素含量水平,结果 2组孕早期脂联素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2组孕中期及孕后期2组脂联素水平均显著的降低,但观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组孕早期抵抗素水平比较差异无统计学(P>0.05),同时孕中期及孕后期2组抵抗素水平均显著升高,但观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病的治疗中,应用个性化生活健康干预联合诺和锐特充的治疗方案可有效地改善患者的血清脂联素及抵抗素水平。
Objective To observe the effects of insulin aspart (Novo-Reitai) combined with personalized life-health intervention on serum adiponectin and resistin levels in gestational diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods 240 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 120 cases. The control group was given only Novo Rui special treatment, the observation group was given Novo Rui special care combined with personalized life and health interventions. The first day of gestation 13 weeks, the first day of gestation 20 weeks and the first day of gestation 30 days were recorded as early gestation, second trimester and third trimester. Serum levels of adiponectin and resistin in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in adiponectin levels between the two groups in the first trimester (P> 0.05), while two groups of lipid in the second trimester and the second trimester The level of prednisone decreased significantly, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of resistin between the two groups in the first trimester (P> 0.05), while the levels of resistin in the second trimester and the second trimester were significantly increased, but the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, the application of personalized life health intervention combined with Norovirus treatment can effectively improve the level of serum adiponectin and resistin.
