质量计件工资制,是以质量为前提,把质量指标与工资直接挂钩,按质计件,突出质量在奖金和工资分配中的主导地位,从而达到提高产品质量、增加企业经济效益和职工收入的目的。我厂自1989年4月在全厂推行这一方法以来。获得了一定的成效。具体作法是:打破现有人员的工资级别,计算出每道工序的工资总额。在此基础上,再根据奖金提高幅度(该厂订为增加24%),计算出每道工序应付的工资总额。根据各工序应付的工资总额,再求出各工序零件单价。工资总额包括基本工资、浮动工资、奖金基数、夜班费基数等。其公式如下:
