目的:对生、炒决明子水提物抗氧化及舒张血管的作用进行比较,探讨决明子明目的作用机制。方法:小鼠按体重随机分成3组。即正常组,生决明子组,炒决明子组。每组20只,雌、雄各半。给药组每日灌胃给药1次,生药含量10 g.kg-1;20 mL.kg-1。正常组给相同体积的蒸馏水。连续给药1个月,摘除眼球组织匀浆,取上清液测定超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及一氧化氮(NO),同时眼眶后静脉丛采血测定内皮素(ET)含量。结果:生、炒决明子水提物有提高小鼠眼组织中SOD和LDH活性、降低MDA含量的作用,以生决明子作用为强。二者均能提高眼组织中NO含量及NO/ET比值,炒决明子作用强于生决明子。结论:生、炒决明子均有一定抗氧化及调节舒张血管作用,决明子明目作用可能是通过此方面来实现。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the anti-oxidation and vasodilator effects of raw water extracts and sesame seeds, and to explore the mechanism of action of cassia seed. Methods: Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups according to body weight. That is, the normal group, the Cassia group, fried Cassia group. Each group consists of 20 males and females. The administration group was given intragastric administration once a day, and the crude drug content was 10 g.kg-1; 20 mL.kg-1. The normal group gave the same volume of distilled water. After continuous administration for 1 month, the homogenates of the eyeballs were removed and the supernatants were assayed for SOD, MDA, LDH, and NO. At the same time, blood was collected from the retro-orbital venous plexus to determine the endothelin (ET) content. RESULTS: The water extracts of sesame seed and sesame seeds could improve the activity of SOD and LDH in the eye of mice and reduce the content of MDA. The effect of Cassia jasminoides was stronger. Both of them can increase NO content and NO/ET ratio in eye tissues, and the effect of Cassia fried is stronger than that of Cassia. Conclusion: Both raw and fried cassia seed have certain anti-oxidation and vasodilation effects. The effect of cassia seed and eyesight may be achieved through this aspect.
