调节油针杆是飞机起落架的关键重要部件,为保证油针杆尺寸行为公差,零件半精加工及精加工均采用数控设备进行。根据理论分析及加工经验,给出了油针杆分油槽的加工策略及基于UG软件的数控编程方法,并提供了加工过程中切削参数的选用范围。特别是变截面油槽的铣削方法,同样适用于C型倒扣类零件的粗精加工。
Adjusting the needle bar is a key part of the landing gear of the aircraft. To ensure the dimensional tolerance of the needle bar, semi-finishing and finishing of the parts are carried out by using numerical control equipment. According to the theoretical analysis and machining experience, the machining strategy of the oil needle bar distributor groove and the NC programming method based on UG software are given, and the selection range of the cutting parameters in the machining process is provided. In particular, variable cross-section groove milling method, the same applies to the C-type inverted rough rough finishing.
