采用电化学技术与等离子技术相结合的方法在7A55铝合金表面制备Al2O3/Ni_Cr_Cr3C2耐磨复合涂层。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等对耐磨复合涂层的表面及截面形貌进行观察。结果表明:该涂层表面平整、光滑,厚度均匀;结合力等级达到0级;最后测试了该复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损失重,摩擦系数平均值为0.0179,磨损率为6.7×10-4。
The Al2O3 / Ni_Cr_Cr3C2 wear-resistant composite coating was prepared on the surface of 7A55 aluminum alloy by a combination of electrochemical technique and plasma technique. The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the wear-resistant composite coating were observed with a metallographic microscope and a scanning electron microscope. The results show that the surface of the coating is flat, smooth and uniform in thickness. The bonding strength reaches level 0. Finally, the friction coefficient and wear weight loss of the coating are tested. The average friction coefficient is 0.0179 and the wear rate is 6.7 × 10-4 .
