文章分三个部分探讨经济增长方式的转变：１、阐述了经济增长方式的含义、特点以及集约型方式的实质、基本特征和主要标志；２、从历史和现实的角度论述了转变经济增长方式的客观依据；３、着重分析了影响社会生产力系统运行的内生变量和外生变量及相互联系，提出了促进经济增长方式根本性转变的十大对策。
The article explores the transformation of the mode of economic growth in three parts: 1. It expounds the meaning and characteristics of the mode of economic growth as well as the essence, basic characteristics and main signs of the intensive mode; 2. Discusses the change of economic growth mode from the perspective of history and reality ; (3) Focusing on the analysis of the endogenous and exogenous variables that affect the system operation of social productive forces and their interrelationships, and putting forward ten countermeasures to promote the fundamental transformation of the mode of economic growth.
