在分光光度法分析中,现除广泛采用经典的单波长法、双波长法外,三波长法也开始引起人们的重视。它的特点是可以消除混浊或其它干扰对分析的影响。与双波长法相比,扣除散射影响更为准确,更适合于混浊样品及生物组织液的分析。另外,对于在干扰组分的吸收光谱上找不到等吸收点的情况,用一般仪器无法进行双波长测定,而应用三波长法就有可能测定。但是由于三波长法计算方法繁琐,计算量大,极大地限制了它的应用和推广。本文提供的微电脑计算法采用BASIC语言,借助国内
In the spectrophotometric analysis, in addition to the widespread use of the classical single-wavelength method, dual-wavelength method, the three-wavelength method has also begun to attract people’s attention. It is characterized by the ability to eliminate the effects of clouding or other disturbances on the analysis. Compared with the dual-wavelength method, the deduction of scattering effect is more accurate, more suitable for turbid samples and biological tissue fluid analysis. In addition, for the case where no isoabsorption point can not be found in the absorption spectrum of the interfering component, the dual wavelength measurement can not be performed with a general apparatus, and the triple wavelength method is possible. However, due to the cumbersome calculation method of the three-wavelength method and the large amount of calculation, it greatly limits its application and promotion. This article provides microcomputer computing method using BASIC language, with domestic
