近年来,人体肿瘤的异种移植工作已在世界各地蓬勃展开。这一方法学上的进步,对肿瘤研究起了很好的促进作用。许多实验室通过对异种移植前后的人体肿瘤的生物特性观察及对移植后的人体肿瘤株进行抗癌药的敏感性试验发现,异种移植后的人体肿瘤基本上仍保留它本身所具有的特点。目前,美国国立癌症研究所(NCI)等已建立了不同类型的异种移植的人体肿瘤系,开展体内人体肿瘤的药物筛选工作,并取得了成果。本文拟围绕人体肿瘤异种移植研究的发展和应用予以综述。
In recent years, xenotransplantation of human tumors has flourished throughout the world. This methodological development has played a very good role in the promotion of cancer research. Many laboratories have observed the biological characteristics of human tumors before and after xenotransplantation and the susceptibility tests of anticancer drugs against transplanted human tumors. It was found that human tumors after xenotransplantation basically retained its own characteristics. At present, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and others have established different types of xenotransplantation human tumor lines to carry out drug screening for human body tumors and achieved results. This article will review the development and application of human tumor xenograft research.
