目前在我国的出口贸易中,出于境外国家和地区(如香港、新加坡等)信息便利、税收优惠、运输仓储或者加工贸易核销等多种方面的原因和考虑,很多出口企业会通过境外代理商或设立在境外的关联公司(以下简称代理商)间接向境外终端买方销售。尽管境外终端买方也是长期的合作伙伴,付款实力较强,而出口企业已为前期的生产和销售垫付了大量的资金,也需要营运资金的补充,但由于境内银行很难掌握到出口企业通过代理商的销售和回款情况,这就给出口企业在销售之后在境内的融资带来了很大的困难。对于这种有代理商介入的贸易模式下的现实融资需求,银行背对背的保理融资解决方案凸显重要。
