针对连铸-热轧区段的工艺技术界面,通过数学模拟和现场实测的方法研究了典型大板坯生产流程连铸、辊道输送、堆冷、加热等单元内连铸坯的温度变化规律。结果表明:在750~900℃范围内对铸坯进行辊道输送,不同断面铸坯相同位置以及不同输送温度时铸坯相同位置的冷却速率差异都较小,而铸坯断面中心与表面的冷却速率差异显著,铸坯窄面中心、宽面中心、断面中心的冷却速率分别为6.3、7.0、8.7℃/min;堆冷铸坯的冷却速率为8.1~14.2℃/h;铸坯热装时表面和心部的热履历差异较大。
