提出基于SVG/XML/CIM的变电站自动化工程配置系统的设计与开发,即将可扩展矢量图形(SVG)作为变电站图形和完整配置信息封装为整体的信息载体,在子站侧提供基于SVG及公共信息模型(CIM)设计并封装了完整配置信息的变电站一次引导图、电网地理接线引导图的配置编辑系统,进行电网拓扑、变电站一次引导图、自动化系统(主站、子站、智能电子设备)、通信系统等配置。该编辑系统将与主站实现信息交互,通过Java RMI或简单对象访问协议(SOAP)将子站完成的配置信息远传至主站自动入库,实现了“子站侧图形配置、主站侧免维护”的开放式工程配置系统,并在实践中获得了应用。
